5:18 pm: There is a three-vehicle accident seven miles west of Sisters at milepost 93 on US 20. Expect delays of up to two hours. Check the ODOT website for updates.

Update: At 6:15 p.m. ODOT reported a three-mile backup in each direction. Crews flagged traffic in alternating directions using the eastbound traffic lane. Delay is now expected under 20 minutes.
