Sisters Sheriff's calls

  • A Sisters man was arrested for menacing after he allegedly pelted his future ex-wife's car with beer bottles.

    The couple was arguing on a forest road south of town when the incident occurred. The woman was uninjured, but deputies reported dents in the hood of her car, damage to the windshield and a broken window.

    The man claimed the woman drove the car at him.

  • Deputies investigated an incident in which a five-year-old riding on a school bus was injured. The child fell out of his seat and hit his head, requiring stitches. Deputies are investigating how the accident occurred.

  • A man reported two young men asking "suspicious questions" in the parking lot at Sisters High School.

  • Several deer came off losers in collisions with cars and motorcycles.
