PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sisters Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding the applications listed below. The hearing will be held according to SDC Chapter 4.1 and the rules of procedure adopted by the Council and available at City Hall. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be provided to Sisters City Hall at 520 E. Cascade Avenue, Sisters (mailing address PO Box 39, Sisters, OR 97759) or emailed to nmardell@ci.sisters.or.us. Comments should be directed toward the criteria that apply to this request and must reference the file number. For additional information, please contact Nicole Mardell, Principal Planner at 541-323-5208 or nmardell@ci.sisters.or.us. The staff report and recommendation to the hearings body will be available for review at least seven days before the hearing. All submitted evidence and materials related to the application are available for inspection at City Hall. Copies of all such materials will be available on request at a reasonable cost. TTY services are available at the Sisters City Hall. Please contact Kerry Prosser, City Recorder, at 541-323-5213 for arrangements. The Sisters City Hall building is a fully handicapped-accessible facility.

REQUEST: The applicant is requesting a modification to the Village Meadows Master Plan (approved as MP 05-02/MOD 15-01) to replat 6 lots in the Village Meadows Subdivision into 10 lots. The additional lots are proposed to accommodate development of attached single-family homes (townhomes).

NOTICE OF BUDGET
COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Black Butte Ranch Rural Fire Protection District, Deschutes County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, will be held at the Black Butte Ranch Fire Station, 13511 Hawks Beard, Black Butte Ranch. In response to the current health emergency resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the District facilities are currently closed to the public and meetings are being held electronically. The meeting will take place on May 4, 2021 at 9 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
Public comment will be taken in written and phone in format. Written comments received by 9 a.m. on May 3, 2021 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on May 4, 2021. Comments by phone will be taken on a scheduled basis during the public comment section of the meeting on May 4, 2021. Comments, both written and phone in, will be subject to a three-minute limit per community member. To schedule public comment, please provide your name, phone number, and address to the district at 541- 595-2288, or email to jvohs@blackbutteranchfire.com. Public comment must be scheduled no later than 9 a.m. on May 3, 2021.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
