Local endurance runner Sean Meissner tripled that feat, running marathons on three successive days to win the Lake Tahoe Triple event for the third year in a row on October 9-11. He finished his first 100-mile race at last week's Bighorn Trail Wild and Scenic Run in Wyoming. Yes, that's 100 miles -- as in the distance from Sisters to downtown Eugene.     Amy Cretsinger won the triple jump and finished second in both the long jump and 300-meter hurdles to lead the Outlaw girls track team to fourth place at the OSAA 3A Track and Field Championships. Sisters scored 34 points behind The Dalles (65), Philomath (53), and Cascade (49). Cretsinger accounted for 27 of the Outlaws' points.     Four Sisters High School seniors got a financial boost for their futures after sharing a total of $6,000 in the first annual Rotary Professional Technical contest. A panel of five judges selected Ben Scharf as the first place winner based upon his presentation of piano and guitar music before a luncheon group of about 35 Rotarians.
