The State of Oregon, through the State Land Board’s Division of State Lands (DSL), is currently planning to sell 400 acres of public land to the Thornburgh destination resort developer, who is proposing three 18-hole golf courses adjacent to the BLM’s Cline Buttes Recreation Area. The land is also immediately adjacent to Eagle Crest Resort, another destination resort already in the same area.
