A juvenile snatched a purse from a woman as she left a Sisters restaurant. Police nabbed the thief. A 20-year-old Sisters man was cited for stealing beer. A man was upset when he came home late and intoxicated and found his wife and kids in the car. He thought the wife was leaving him and taking the kids. Black Butte Ranch (BBR) is not immune to the economic downturn that is affecting the region's housing market and destination resorts.
