    Local youth have an opportunity to give back to their community while working outdoors in local forests - and earning school credit and scholarship opportunities.     Good weather and a wide variety of activities brought hundreds of locals to Sisters Parks & Recreation District's (SPRD) Kids Carnival last Saturday.
