On June 9, 2009 at approximately 7 a.m., the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office responded to Seasons Café & Wine Shop for a reported burglary in progress. Black Butte Police also responded to the area to assist Sheriff's deputies. While responding, deputies learned that the suspect, later identified as Andrew Sherrell, had entered Seasons. A witness in the area was able to provide Sheriff's deputies with a description for Sherrell and information placing Sherrell in the area at approximately 6:15 a.m. The same witness... Full story
