Three Sisters area residents were arrested February 2 in connection with a January 26 shooting incident in which several rifle rounds were fired into a home on Deer Ridge Road near Sisters.
Oregon State Police arrested Scott Robert Sheeran, 20, Nathan Allen Gregory, 26, and Joshua Norman Rogers, 19, on charges of first degree criminal mischief, unlawful use of a weapon, recklessly endangering and menacing.
According to OSP reports, the suspects fired at the house from a nearby roadway; two of the rounds allegedly entered the front window of the home, narrowly missing the home owner.
State police reported their investigation led them to the three suspects and determined that two of the suspects allegedly threatened persons who possessed information on the incident.
Sheeran and Gregory will also face charges of tampering with a witness; Sheeran was charged with possession of a short barreled shotgun. All three suspects were arraigned February 5.
State police reported that the victim family were not acquainted with the suspects and that the incident remains under investigation.
