James P. Knipple of Sisters has plead not guilty to charges of delivery of a controlled substance stemming from an undercover drug investigation conducted in January and February by Sisters Police and the Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Team.
According to District Attorney Mike Dugan, Knipple is set to go trial in the case June 25.
Two other Sisters men, Ronald Lee McGuire and Phillip Francis Smith are to enter pleas on charges of delivery of a contolled substance later this month.
David Glen Daugherty and Wilma E. Daugherty of Bend both plead guilty to charges of delivery of a controlled substance after their arrest in the same investigation. Dawn Marie Blair of Bend plead not guilty on marijuana charges and Jerry L. Flanary will enter a plea later this month.
