According to Oregon State Police, the driver of the vehicle was a 14-year-old. A passenger -- his aunt, Mary Carter, 28 -- was cited for permitting an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle.
Her one-year-old child was in a child safety seat and was uninjured in the wreck.
According to police, the 14-year-old "drove slightly over the center line, jerked to the right abruptly, then back to the left and rolled the vehicle."
The boy and his aunt were transported to Central Oregon District Hospital where they were treated and released.
Police did not know why the 14-year-old was allowed to drive the vehicle.
