Amanda Jean Dehart, 19, was arrested by Prineville police last week on charges of theft by receiving stolen property.
According to Prineville police detective Jim Azbill, her husband, Richard Lee Dehart, 28, is still being sought.
Azbill told The Nugget he expects Dehart to face further charges after the Crook County Grand Jury reviews the case.
Sisters police recovered a jacket allegedly stolen from Twin Sisters Leather Co. and a saddle allegedly stolen from Leavitt's Western Wear.
According to Azbill, the Deharts opened two checking accounts in Prineville and in a few day's time wrote approximately $6,000 in checks on the accounts without having funds to cover them.
Detective Azbill credited Sisters Police Chief David Haynes with "getting the ball rolling" on the case by quickly providing information on the stolen property to Prineville police.
