The Sisters community Christmas Parade begins at 3 p.m., Saturday, November 29.
The parade begins at Hood Avenue and Pine Street, going east on Hood to Cedar Street, then south one block on Cedar to Jefferson Street. The parade moves west for five blocks to Ash Street, then north one block back to Hood Avenue.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will welcome children from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Three Creeks Building, on the corner of Ash Street and Hood Avenue. Music will be provided by the Sisters High School Band, under the direction of Jody Henderson.
Refreshments will be available.
At 5 p.m., the community Christmas tree will be lit as part of a ceremony conducted by the Hospice of Redmond & Sisters. Everyone is invited.
The annual Holiday Craft Fair will be held Saturday, November 29 at the Sisters Elementary School. There will be over 70 booths of hand made gifts and decorations, many one-of-a-kind treasures.
Admission is free; the event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
