U.S. Bank boosts classroom raising funds

U.S. Bank has awarded the Sister Schools Foundation $10,000 to assist with the completion of the four new classrooms at Sisters Elementary School.

The construction of these four classrooms will allow students grades K - 5 to be housed at the school with space also available for a library, computer lab and resource room.

The donation is part of U.S. Bank's contributions to 21 organizations throughout the state this year, totaling $262,000.

"Our customers and our communities are the reasons we're in business," said John Rickman, president, U.S. Bank, Oregon. "By supporting efforts that help to build healthy and productive communities, we are able to show our appreciation for the trust our customers place in us."
