A. Workshop: minimum lot size.
7 p.m. regular meeting:
A. Public Hearing: Ordinance 330, vacation of a public right of way located in tax lot 15-10-9bb (Ash Street Park).
B. Discussion and consideration of a motion to name the Ash Street park in memory of Harold Barclay.
C. Contract for urban renewal planning services with Tashman/Johnson, LLC., for an amount not to exceed $23,100.
D. Collection agreement between the City of Sisters and the Forest Service to complete field surveys and environmental documents for the construction and installation of a water line from Squaw Creek to Pine Meadow Ranch.
E. Request from the Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce for discretionary funds for the events assistance team.
Workshop planned: Thursday, May 30, tour of property proposed for land exchange on Squaw creek. Meets at Sisters Ranger District Office, 8 a.m.
