The Leavitt's Western Wear 24th Annual Fashion Show is set for "high noon" on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Restaurant at the Black Butte Ranch Lodge.
The show will benefit the Regional Cancer Program at St. Charles Medical Center.
This year's special guest will be the Cliff Scharf Gallery.
Tickets for the show are $40, including a champagne lunch.
Leavitt's will contribute $25 for each ticket sold to support cancer care programs in the region.
Door prizes for the event will include a $100 gift certificate to Leavitt's; dinner at Black Butte Ranch; flower arrangement by Wild Dusty Rose; a ladies outfit by Saddle Ridge valued at $220, and other prizes.
Judee Hagen from Prineville will emcee the event.
John Leavitt, owner of Leavitt's Western Wear, is dedicating this year's show "In the giving spirit of Sally Leavitt." John's late wife, Sally, an active supporter of women's health, St. Charles cancer programs and the Sara Fisher Breast Health Project, died of cancer in 1999.
"Sally and John have been great contributors and cheerleaders for the events that support our cancer programs and services. This is a great way to remember and honor Sally's commitment to patients and families," said Peggy Carey, RN, director of the regional cancer program at St. Charles.
There are only 130 seats available and the event sells out early each year.
