Sisters sheriff's calls

  • Sheriff's deputies arrested several juveniles for criminal mischief after they allegedly vandalized six mailboxes and a porta-potty in Crossroads.

    The kids allegedly made a blowtorch with a lighter and a spray paint can and used that on the boxes and toilet.

  • A deputy investigated a report of a llama at large, but he was unable to locate the wily quadruped.
  • A Sisters man requested some advice on his marital problems.

    A deputy explained that marriage counseling is not part of his job description.

  • Several motorists signed citizen complaints about other motorists.

  • A motorist reported a car parked near the airport with juveniles inside engaged in suspicious activity.

    A female reportedly had her shirt off.

Black Butte Ranch Police:

  • An officer assisted with a single-vehicle accident on Highway 20.
  • An officer cited a driver for doing 86 on the highway near the Ranch.
