Sheriff to hold Sisters town hall meeting

Deschutes County Sheriff Les Stiles has scheduled a Town Hall meeting at the Sisters Sheriff's Substation, 703 N. Larch St. on Monday, April 19, at 6:30 p.m.

The meeting is one of six scheduled at different locations around the county.

According to the sheriff's office, these meetings will give county residents an opportunity to learn about the sheriff's office and ask questions of the sheriff and other command staff.

The agenda will include sheriff's office accomplishments; budget; future issues facing the sheriff's office, both short-term and long-term.

A question-and-answer session will follow the sheriff's presentation.
