Sisters sheriff's calls

  • Several job site thefts of construction materials were reported in the Sisters area.
  • Someone reported the theft of a motorhome that has been the subject of a civil dispute.
  • A local property owner reported that several "No Trespassing" signs were torn down.

    By a trespasser, perhaps?

  • A man got stuck inside a storage facility security fence.

    He managed to get out and leave before the cavalry showed up.

  • A Sisters woman rolled her SUV on Highway 20, but escaped with only minor injuries.
  • A man was reported yelling into the woods off of a roadway.

    When contacted, the man explained that he was yelling at a residence.

    He was apparently stressed out about employment issues.

  • An abandoned motorcycle was set ablaze on BLM land.
  • A youth was cited for stealing wine at a convenience store.

Black Butte Ranch Police

  • An officer responded with fire personnel to a house that was flooding due to a broken pipe in a wall.
  • Officers searched for a female who had allegedly shot herself in the stomach. The female was later located in Bend and was not hurt.
