Starry Nights raffle begins this week

The Sisters Starry Nights Concert Series is offering four items in a raffle to help raise funds for the Sisters Schools Foundation. The raffle will start on Saturday, March 5 with tickets being sold in the lobby at the John Hiatt concert, and continues through April 8 when the winning tickets will be drawn.

The four items are: an acoustic-electric guitar signed by John Hiatt; an acoustic guitar signed by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band; a load, or 10 yards, of gravel delivered anywhere in Central Oregon donated by Hap Taylor & Sons (there will be two winners for this prize); and a getaway to Sunriver Resort that includes a two-night stay in a River Lodge guestroom, massages for two, and two rounds of golf at either the Woodlands, Meadows or Crosswater Golf Course.

Tickets are priced at $5 each or five for $20, and can be used for any of the four items.

Tickets can be purchased at both Starry Nights concerts, and will also be sold at the Ray’s Food Place video counter and The Pony Express at 22 W. Hood Ave. in Sisters.

For more information, call The Pony Express at 549-1538.
