The Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce gathering, Sunrise Sisters, set for 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 15 will feature two guest speakers: Alana Audette from the Central Oregon Visitors Association (COVA) and Bill Anthony of the Sisters Ranger District.
Audette will talk about COVA’s role in Deschutes County and what they do to attract visitors to Central Oregon.
Bill Anthony will present information about the proposed sale of excess Forest Service property and the possibilities for the relocation of the new administrative site.
Coffee and bakery goods will be served.
The Chamber’s March Mix & Mingle will be held on Thursday, March 17, St.Patrick’s day, at Log Mode Construction, 68175 Highway 20 East, Sisters at 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Hosts, Garry and Marcia Mode will show guests what Log Mode Construction is doing in Sisters.
Log Mode Construction has been building custom log homes for 18 years. The business moved to Sisters two years ago to its location east of town.
