Cub Scouts sell bird boxes in fund-raiser

Local Cub Scouts have been making bluebird boxes as a fund-raising project for the local Troop 139.

The boxes are hand-made to order by the scouts and are useful for providing homes for feathred friends.

Last year, Troop 139filled orders for 200 bird boxes.

They cost $10 each and may be ordered from Cub Scout Troop Leader Bill MacDonald at 385-5288.
