Three days later Sisters faced 4A Summit at home and lost 15-1.

Summit scored 15 runs on 12 hits and three errors. Sisters scored one run on three hits and four errors.

Sisters’ Austin Stark got on base on an error in the second inning and was hit in by Jeff Sampson for the Outlaws’ only run of the ball game.

Andy Burke, Cody Ramsey and Carter Davenport each singled for theOutlaws.

Coach Kevin Bigby complimented Summit on the way they hit the baseball.

“Of their 12 hits they had eight for extra bases, six doubles, a triple and a home run.”

Bigby said, “This week was definitely a disappointment for us but with the experience we realize the things we need to work on.

“The main thing is to establish a rhythm in our game by being more disciplined both on the pitcher’s mound and in the batter’s box.”

Bigby did point out a couple of bright spots for the week.

Carter Davenport, in the lead-off position, had a .571 on-base average for the week and Jeff Fitter threw five innings and only gave up one unearned run.,br>
