Sisters man wins Starry Nights drawing

Tim Rollins of Sisters drew the lucky winning ticket for the Sisters Starry Nights giveaway this week.

Rollins won two tickets to the sold-out concert by The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band scheduled for Saturday, April 7.

He also won a $50 dinner certificate for Coyote Creek Café and some Coca Cola products.

Ray’s Food Place Manager Jeff McDonald and Rod Gage of Hap Taylor & Sons were on hand to congratulate the winner on Monday. Ray’s and Hap Taylor & Sons are title sponsors for the event, which raises funds for the Sisters Schools Foundation.

The concert series has featured artists such as John Hiatt, Kathy Mattea and Kim Carnes and has raised more than $400,000 for schools.
