Don Bumgardner has opened Mud Flats at 192 E. Main Avenue. Along with what the shop proclaims the “Best Dang Rip Roaring Coffee in the West,” Mud Flats offers scones, bagels, and light food faire.

• High Desert Hair welcomes Camilia Richardson as a new stylist. Please call for an appointment.

• The Grand Palace Hotel and Sisters Olive & Nut Company will be hosting a grand opening celebration Saturday, June 4.

• The Substitutes will play at Coyote Creek Saturday, June 4 and Sunday, June 5 starting at 8 p.m.

• Studio 20, owned and operated by Tonya Rockwood, is now open. For information call 771-0928.

• Wild Dusty Rose is relocating to 413 W. Hood Avenue in Pine Meadow Village. The business will concentrate on fresh, dried, and silk flowers and will eliminate some gift lines. The mailing address and phone number remain the same as before.

• The Barclay Gallery will hold a silent auction June 2 through July 2 for a 30-inch metal horse sculpture by Gail Chavenelle. Proceeds will benefit Healing Reins Therapeutic Riding Center. Barclay Gallery is located at 170 W. Cascade Ave. in Barclay Square.

• RE/MAX Town & Country Realty announced the addition of Brett Hughes as a broker in the Sisters office.
