14th Annual Sisters Art Stroll set for Saturday

Sisters will become one big art gallery on Saturday evening, June 18, as the Sisters Gallery Association welcomes the Central Oregon public to the 14th Annual Sisters Art Stroll.

The evening of extended store hours highlights local artists and musicians, demonstrations and food and beverage tasting.

Twenty-two fine art galleries and Sisters merchants will host artist exhibits, music, refreshments and more. Artists in attendance for exhibits and demonstrations will include Judy Gibson, Dan Rickards, Paul Starling, Maryanne Radmacher, Courtney Parker, Kate Aspen, Connie Mulligan, Hadley McCann, Cliff Willis, Maggie Hughes, Lorenzo Ghiglieri, Kimry Jelen, Paul Alan Bennett, Barbie Elder, Alan Greenfield, Andy Wachs, Rick and Martha Simco, Lori Penrod, Oscar Spliid, Pam Bigoni, and Dennis Raivo!

Musicians, including Ben Scharf, The Anvil Blasters, Jordan Muller, Brad Tisdel, Dennis Fehling & Friends and Karen Therese, will perform in shops around town.

Raqsafar Bellydance (formerly The Gypsy Sisters), Sisters’ own belly dancing troupe, will perform in several locations.

The event is free and open to the public. The Art Stroll runs from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Art Stroll maps will be available on Saturday, June 18, at the Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce and participating businesses.
