• A Joyful Noise is now accepting preschool registration for the 2006-07 school year. Call 549-2066 for a brochure or to schedule a tour. The summer program schedule will be available soon.

• There will be a sidewalk sale at The Town Square on Saturday, April 29, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants include: Common Threads, Sundance Shoes, Silli Chili, Hucklebeary’s, Rexford Holly, Cork Cellars and Newport Kidsport.

• The Barclay Gallery of Sisters is organizing live musical entertainment and artist-led demonstrations in the courtyard of their gallery this May. All the live musical entertainment and artist-led demonstrations in the courtyard are free and open to the public.

This summer’s event offerings start on Saturday, May 6 at 1 p.m., with entertainment by guitar virtuoso Jacob Wood from La Pine.
