Merrell earns master builder rank

Bruce Merrell of Laredo Construction has become one of the more than 400 professional builders nationwide to attain a Graduate Master Builders (GMB) designation, identifying him as one of the building industry’s top professionals.

Merrell is one of two Graduate Master Builders and one of 13 Certified Graduate Remodelers in Oregon.

To qualify for the GMB certificate program, a builder must have attained the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) or Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation; or have successfully completed three courses and have at least 10 years of building business experience.

GMB graduates complete an intensive series of courses on business management techniques, and the newest trends and technology in the building industry.
