Sisters sheriff’s calls...

• A little boy found a $20 bill at the gem show and turned it in at the Sisters sheriff’s substation.

• The sheriff’s office received numerous calls about a woman sleeping by the highway. She was passing through town.

• A business owner reported that a fired employee took some files. The files were returned upon request, but the matter was referred to the district attorney for possible action.

• Deputies wrote several MIP citations at a weekend party.

• A deputy counseled a mother after her two-year-old escaped from the house while she was sleeping. The woman works at night and the child has figured out how to work the lock.

A trip to the hardware store was in the plans.

• A resident reported a llama in the road. The owner secured it.
