Sisters sheriff's calls...

• The sheriff's office is investigating the shooting of two dogs that were apparently dumped along Edgington Road.

• A deputy arrested a Sisters man for reckless driving after a citizen complaint. The man drove at high speed and spun his newly-purchased convertible on the street near Bronco Billy's.

The man later admitted to having drunk three shots of tequila and four beers.

• A Sisters business owner reported an attempted burglary.

• A fight was reported at a local watering hole. One party claimed to have been sucker punched but did not want prosecution.

• A man reported that a 22-year-old man was making out with his 16-year-old daughter. He said the 22-year-old had furnished his daughter with beer in the past.

A deputy counseled the couple about the serious consequences that could evolve if their activities continue.

• Law enforcement officers contacted a father and son after a domestic quarrel in a vehicle.

The son allegedly lied to his dad and dad hit him. Both acknowledged wrongdoing, hugged and went on with their day.
