Ali's Deli's Grand Re-Opening will take place on Monday, March 5. After extensive remodeling from top to bottom, customers will be able to enjoy Orisya's cooking in a brand new setting.
Curves of Sisters will be participating in the Curves Food Drive to benefit local food banks. Last year, the Curves Food Drive collected 11 million pounds of food for local communities all over the world. For more details on the food drive, call the Sisters Curves at 549-6330.

Cheryl Strayed will teach a two-hour writing workshop called "Making the Leap from Life to Art" at Paulina Springs Books, 252 W. Hood Ave., from 12:45 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 3. The workshop is open to writers of all levels and will focus on how writers transform auto biographical material into fiction. The cost of the workshop is $10. Pre-registration is recommended.
