• Wild Dusty Rose has a new name and a new location. The store will be known as Twisted Vines and is now located at the corner of Hood Avenue and Elm Street.

• Stitchin' Post is celebrating Customer Appreciation Days April 20-22 with special savings, free demonstrations, refreshments, prizes and a drawing for a Bernina Aurora 430.

• The Hitchin' Post is now serving daily BBQ specials.

• The Bright Spot Latte Shop is hosting a fund-raiser to benefit Florentina Schleufer's medical expenses for procedure and treatment through Thoughtful House Center for Children in Austin, Texas. • Sisters Athletic Club welcomes Nike historians Geoff Hollister, Bob Woodell and Nelson Farris. They will be presenting "The Nike Story," Sunday, April 22, at 2 p.m. The presentation is free and open to the public.

This presentation is in conjunction with Deschutes Public Library "A Novel Idea," featuring Kenny Moore's book titled "Bowerman and the Men of Oregon."
