•Community Theatre of the Cascades and FivePine Lodge & Conference Center are hosting a dinner theater presentation of "The Tavern," on Friday and Saturday, April 18 and 19.

•Sisters Movie House will present "The Quilts of Gee's Bend," on Thursday, April 17, at 5:30 p.m., as part of the "Talkies" series.

The film tells the story of the critically acclaimed African-American quilt makers from Gee's Bend, Alabama. A discussion with Thge Stitchin' Post owner Jean Wells-Keenan follows. For more information call 549-8833.

•Sisters Drug is converting to a new computer system to better serve the community's needs.
