• GreenRidge Physical Therapy is hosting a Pelvic Health and Awareness class on May 31, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The class will be taught by Michele Morseth, Feldenkrais Practitioner. The class is open to men and women interested in learning to coordinate and strengthen the muscles of the abdominals, back, diaphragm and pelvic floor to get support and comfort for the activities of daily life.
