The Outlaws lost 28-12 at Sweet Home in their season opener Friday, September 4.
Sisters had a great first half and dominated possession of the ball, but that domination didn't continue in the second half. The Outlaws ran 33 plays in the first half, compared to Sweet Home's 22, and Outlaws' defense shut the Huskies down on the ground, allowing only 35 yards rushing. In the second half, Sweet Home dominated play and Sisters was only able to record 50 yards of offense.
The Huskies scored a touchdown on a 38-yard pass with three minutes left in the first quarter and kicked it in for the extra point to go up 7-0.
Sisters answered back in the first play of the second quarter when Chase Klient caught a nine-yard pass for a touchdown. The kick failed, but Sisters closed the gap, 7-6.
Klient scored again with 3:22 left in the half on a four-yard run and Sisters went up 12-7.
Sweet Home scored one minute later on a 53-yard pass, the kick was good and at the half the Huskies held a 14-12 lead.
In the third quarter Sweet Home scored a touchdown on a one-yard run, the kick was good and the Huskies pushed to a 21-12 advantage.

Neither team scored in the fourth quarter and Sisters lost the contest by 16.
Quarterback Eric Carlson threw for 167 yards. Klient, the Outlaws' No. 1 receiver, had eight catches for 141 yards and one touchdown.
Jared Nelson rushed for 115 yards on 15 carries.
Bryce Alderman and Hayden Hudson both demonstrated excellent play on the line and, according to Coach Bob Macauley, were key players in the game.
Max Stovall led the defense with 10 tackles and Rodney Warner had seven.
Sisters finished the game with 292 total yards on offense, 167 in the air and 125 on the ground.
Sisters will play at Burns on Friday, September 11, in a non-league matchup.
