Friends of library open 'book corner'

The Friends of the Sisters Library now has a used book sale area at the corner of the library next to the book drop.

The grand opening will be on Tuesday, November 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will then open the following Saturday, November 17, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and continue to be open every Tuesday and Saturday after that, with the same hours.

There will be fiction and non-fiction books, paperbacks, hardbacks, CDs, DVDs, videos, and children's books for sale from 25 cents to $3. Special books will be priced separately.

Donations are welcome, but do not donate directly to the library. Bring donations to the Friends Book Corner during open hours. Donations should be in good condition with no water, dirt or mold damage. The friends do not accept magazines, encyclopedias, textbooks, or computers books.
