Sisters sheriff's calls...

•A deputy reunited a missing pit bull with its owners.

•A 57-year-old man was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

•A deputy trespassed some young panhandlers who were hitting up convenience store customers.

•A golf cart was found abandoned in the area of Peterson Ridge Road. It didn't come back as stolen, so a deputy left it to be tagged as an abandoned vehicle.

•A woman was found walking along Highway 20 after midnight. She told the deputy she was walking home from Sisters after an argument with her boyfriend. The deputy gave her a lift.

•One restaurant reported an attempted break-in, while another reported a successful one. The owner told The Nugget that a door and a safe were damaged but very little cash was on hand.

•A citizen reported a local establishment serving alcohol after closing up and possibly serving a visibly intoxicated person. The information was referred to OLCC.
