Power back on in much of Black Butte Ranch

CEC crews were able to switch around damaged equipment at the Black Butte Ranch substation at approximately 6:30 p.m. and restore electricity service to approximately 1,100 customers in the northern portions of Black Butte Ranch, Camp Sherman, Suttle Lake and other areas to the north.

The cooperative reports that more extensive repairs at the substation must be completed before service can be restored to about 700 customers in Glaze Meadow and other southern portions of Black Butte Ranch.
