Sisters sheriff's calls...

• A man reported receiving threatening text messages from a man he'd had a dispute with last summer. A deputy contacted the texter who agreed to

desist.

• A woman reported that someone had hacked into her computer. She was advised to contact a computer technician and notify her bank and credit bureaus.

• Several bikes have been stolen in the Sisters area.

• A woman reported a representative of her homeowners association trespassing on her property. A deputy determined that the subdivision's CC&Rs allowed the representative onto the property with proper notice if a reported violation had not been fixed.

• A couple was involved in a verbal domestic dispute. Alcohol was a factor. The male party said he was going to sleep in the fifth wheel that night.

• Cleaning staff at a motel discovered and turned in a handgun someone had left behind.

• Deputies dealt with numerous dog-at-large problems.

• A juvenile who had met someone through the Internet wound up stranded in Sisters. Investigators located her mom in La Pine.

• Deputies investigated an incident involving multiple forged checks.
