Sisters sheriff's calls...

• A semi-truck hit a Suburban and slid off the road. No one was hurt, but the truck driver was cited for a length violation and careless driving.

• There were several non-injury single vehicle accidents, possibly related to road conditions.

• A 26-year-old man was arrested after admitting that he punched his girlfriend in the mouth. She sustained no visible injuries from the punch or from banging her head on his windshield of her own

volition.

• A deputy responded to a report of cows on Highway 126. A ranch worker had already gotten some of the cows into a pasture and the deputy helped with the rest. The cows escaped after an irrigation worker left a fence panel out.

• A local business owner reported the fraudulent use of a business account credit card online.

• A deputy resolved a neighbor dispute stemming from a disagreement between children.

• A woman reported being harassed by her ex-husband.

• Someone drove off without paying for a tank of gas.
