Folk singer returns in HarmonyHouse concert

Folk singer and musical storyteller Johnsmith returns to Sisters for a concert at HarmonyHouse on Saturday, February 19.

Johnsmith has performed several times in Sisters - at HarmonyHouse, Sisters Athletic Club and at Sisters Folk Festival.

"Last year John was the opening artist in our new shop - having lost our first shop to a fire," Katie Cavanaugh said. "He stood in the center of the stage, looked around at the rich pine walls, took pause, and exclaimed, 'I feel like I'm on the inside of a guitar!'"

Doors open at 7 p.m. and music begins at 8 p.m. at 17505 Kent Rd. (off Cloverdale Road) east of Sisters.

There is a suggested donation of $15 and guests are encouraged to bring their favorite beverages and snacks.
