Fire crews responding to report of smoke south of Sisters

Fire crews, including air resources,are responding to a fire south of Sisters. The fire is located in the forest south of Patterson Ranch.

Winds are light. The fire remains relatively small at this point, but firefighters are aware that the forest in that area is full of dead and down timber.
