â¯A driver fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a power pole. The driver escaped injury, but the pole was DOA (see story, page 1).
â¯A man reported being chased by a dog. The dog's owners said they were working on a roofed kennel so that the dog won't be able to jump out.
â¯A vehicle emerging from an alley hit a juvenile riding a bike on the sidewalk. No one got hurt.
â¯Strong winds and a power outage kept deputies chasing alarms all over the Sisters Country.
â¯A man trespassed from a local bar returned several times. Apparently he was anxious to be arrested for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
â¯Two men were cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
â¯A driver went off the roadway at Camp Polk/Wilt Road and abandoned the vehicle. The accident is under investigation.
