Jeb Daniel Partner, the son of Margaret and Daniel Partner of Coos Bay, born September 8, 1985 in Boston, Massachusetts, died in Montpelier, Vermont, on November 23, 2011.

Jeb lived in Sisters and attended Sisters High School from 2000-2002.

In addition to his parents, Jeb's three older sisters, Darby Partner of Eugene; Joanna Brook of Austin, Texas; Promise Partner of Barnesville, Ohio; and many friends mourn his death.
