Sisters sheriff's calls...

• A woman called a towing company requesting a tow - and specifically asked that no law enforcement be contacted. The towing company reported the suspicious call and a deputy responded to the scene and found the woman's car in a ditch. She was arrested for DUII.

• Several citizens reported an intoxicated driver. A deputy searched and found the 31-year-old woman after she had crashed her car. She was arrested for DUII.

• A 73-year-old man was arrested for DUII after a crash.

• A landowner reported a transient living in a shed on his property. The landowner did not want to pursue trespassing charges, but asked that the transient be contacted and told to move.

• A woman lost her cell phone in the parking lot of a local business. She called her number and a man answered. When she told him he had her cell phone and asked him to return it, the man refused. The woman was advised to contact her cell phone company.

• A woman reported misplacing $160 in cash. She wondered if anyone had turned the cash in. No such luck.

• A woman reported that her sister showed up at the reporting party's work and told lies about her.
