Phillip Margolin will present his newest crime thriller, "Capitol Murder," on Friday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. at Paulina Springs Books.
Margolin is a former lawyer and now a bestselling author. His new novel, a suspenseful, dramatic character-driven story set in Oregon, brings private investigator Dana Cutler and attorney Brad Miller together again.

The temporary office for drop-off and pickup of quilts for the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show is at 352 E. Hood Ave., across from Lutton's Ace Hardware. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, June 29 through July 18 (except Quilt Show weekend).
