Sisters salutes...

The Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a "Meet-and-Greet" reception with the four candidates running for Sisters City Council on Wednesday, October 24, at 5 p.m. at the Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce, 291 E. Main Ave. Light snacks will be provided.

Each of the four candidates will prepare a two-minute introduction to the crowd. This will be an opportunity for them to share information about themselves and issues that are important to them. The following allotted time will provide a casual atmosphere, allowing interested citizens to ask questions of each candidate individually.

"This casual, more-relaxed format felt more like Sisters," says Chamber Executive Director Erin Borla. "We wanted candidates and community members to feel comfortable and this meet-and-greet style allows for that."
