Richard A. Schendel July 22, 1936 - March 18, 2013

Richard A. Schendel passed away peacefully in Tumalo on March 18, 2013, at the age of 76.

He is survived by his daughter, Teresa K. NoBear; his son, Jason R. Schendel; his sisters, Diane Andrew and Mary Feller; and his brother, Robert Schendel.

Richard's family, friends and loved ones will remember him as a handsome and supportive golden boy. A strong and indestructible gentle giant in mind and body. Who was genuinely humble and secretly funny, as well as an honest hard-worker, with a quiet, down-to-earth, grateful spirit who they felt would never fall. To all he was a great and protective younger brother and friend.

His family will hold a private ceremony at a later date, joining him with his beloved predeceased wife, Della Rose, for eternity, walking hand in hand, where they can watch over everyone they loved so much.
