• The Sisters Western and Native American Arts Festival that was scheduled for this coming Labor Day weekend has been put on hold this events season. The Bulletin had stated in error that the event was taking place. The event will be revamped for next events season. For information call the Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce at 541-549-0251.

• The third annual Patriot Challenge Golf Tournament is set for October 4-6. The tournament will kick off with a welcome reception at Aspen Lakes on October 3. Two-person teams with men's, women's and mixed divisions with a gross and net payout by division.
