News and Opinion from Sisters, Oregon

Sisters Pumphouse cardlock is now CFN

The cardlock site at Sisters Pumphouse converted on November 1 to a CFN (Commercial Fuel Network) site. Current holders of Pacific Pride cards will need to get new CFN cards through new owners Bend Oil Company by calling 541-330-8356.

"We just want to make sure we get ahold of them and get CFN cards in their hands," said Kathy Temple, fleet fueling consultant with Supervised Fuels, the cardlock division of Bend Oil Company. "We don't want their ability to get card-locked fuel in Sisters to be interrupted."

Tom and Helen McMeekin of Sisters sold the Pacific Pride franchise to Bend Oil Company.

A brand-new Pacific Pride site is scheduled to begin early in November, with an estimated completion date of January 1, 2014. The new site will be located in the Outlaw Station development, near Ray's Food Place. The facility will be larger, and offer easier access, with a complete full canopy and a carwash. In addition to the products currently provided, the site will offer off-road diesel, ethanol-free super, and DEF (diesel exhaust fluid).
